Ingredients of Choco-Chia & Fruits Mousse
- Prepare 2 tbsps of Chia Seeds.
- It's 1/2 Cup of Fresh Milk (Boiled & RT): To soak & bloom the chia seeds overnight.
- It's 1/8 tsp of Salt.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Brown Sugar.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Honey.
- You need 1/2 of Apple (Any).
- Prepare 1 of Banana (small).
- You need 1 tsp of Garnish: Raw Chia Seeds.
- Prepare 1-2 of Fresh Strawberries: (cut into 4 halves).
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Cashews (Roughly Chopped).
- It's 1/8 Cup of Cocoa Powder.
- It's 1 of serving glass/bowl.
Choco-Chia & Fruits Mousse instructions
- Soak the Chia Seeds in a air tight bow- In the measured milk, cocoa powder & honey, overnight- put a tight lid to the bowl, refrigerate.
- Next day, in a blender jar: Add in the soaked & bloomed mixture into it... Add in the brown sugar, cut fresh fruits aforementioned & 2 tbsps of fresh milk again (if required), to adjust the consistency of it.
- Give it all a really good mix with a balloon whisker or even a spoon...Until well combined, all....
- Blend it all to a smooth mix & pour it out into the serving glass or bowl- Garnish with the fruits, nuts of your choice & sprinkle some raw chia seeds to top it all (that’s how, I myself like to have it).
