Creamy Garlic Chicken Breasts Instant Pot

INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 10.5 oz condensed chicken broth
- 3 cups water
- 4 cups penne pasta
- 2 tbsp garlic puree
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 10.5 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped chives
INSTRUCTIONS
- Slice chicken breasts into thin strips.
- Set Instant Pot to Saute Less for 10 minutes and add a dab of margarine or butter to the pot.
- Add the chicken breast slices to the pot.
- Leave the chicken to cook, stirring occasionally, until the Instant Pot turns off.
- Add the chicken broth and water to the pot.
- Add the penne to the pot and spread it out evenly on top of the chicken.
- Add the garlic puree, onion powder, salt and pepper to the pot.
- Pour the cream of chicken soup on top.
- Place the lid on the Instant Pot, turn the steam release handle to the sealing position and set the Instant Pot to Pressure Cook High for 4 minutes.
- When the Instant Pot is done cooking, immediately turn the steam release handle to the venting position and do a quick release.
- Remove the lid and stir the contents well.
- Add the butter, shredded mozzarella and shredded Parmesan to the pot.
- Stir until the butter is melted.
- Add the chopped chives and stir well again.
- Serve and enjoy!
