  1. Take a wok, add oil, heat it..
  2. Moderate the flame, add tejpatta, sauté it for a sec. Add methi dana, saunf & dry red chilli, let it splutter..
  3. Now add ginger, give a stir. Add haldi powder, stir it..
  4. Now add kaddu pcs, stir fry it for a while..
  5. Add dhania powder, red chilli powder & salt, stir fry it..
  6. Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it until almost cooked..
  7. Open the lid, increase the flame, add imli & gur, mix it well..
  8. Cook it for a while. Do not over cook it..
  9. Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta..
  10. Have it with Puri or Paratha..
