  1. To make oats ata, take oats in a grinder, grind it to a fine powder..
  2. Take a mixing bowl, add both the ata & all the given ingredients except ghee, mix well..
  3. Now add water slowly slowly, knead a soft dough..
  4. Cover it with wet cloth & rest it for 10-15 minutes..
  5. Now take small portions of ata, make small balls..
  6. Roll it to make a lil thick, med sized roti..
  7. Take a non-stick tawa or you can use a heavy iron tawa, heat it..
  8. Place Roti, bake it both side until light brown..
  9. Now spread ghee both side, cook it till golden brown..
  10. Take out in a serving dish, serve it with aloo sabzi or any other dish..
