- You need 2 cup of oats ata, 1 cup of whole wheat ata, Pinch of ajwain,.
- It's 1 of med sized onion chopped finely, 3-4 green chilli chopped finely, salt to taste,.
- It's 1 tbsp of oil, 1 tbsp dahi, desi ghee for frying,.
Oats Paratha step by step
- To make oats ata, take oats in a grinder, grind it to a fine powder..
- Take a mixing bowl, add both the ata & all the given ingredients except ghee, mix well..
- Now add water slowly slowly, knead a soft dough..
- Cover it with wet cloth & rest it for 10-15 minutes..
- Now take small portions of ata, make small balls..
- Roll it to make a lil thick, med sized roti..
- Take a non-stick tawa or you can use a heavy iron tawa, heat it..
- Place Roti, bake it both side until light brown..
- Now spread ghee both side, cook it till golden brown..
- Take out in a serving dish, serve it with aloo sabzi or any other dish..
