Recipe: Delicious Paleo Crunch
Paleo Crunch. Each bar packs clean, non GMO ingredients like almonds, shredded coconut, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, coconut oil and pure honey. The crunch is fantastic, but you do have to watch it like a hawk towards the end of the baking time to be sure you're not burning it. While you can douse this granola in either coconut milk or almond milk, chocolate almond milk is actually our family's preference.
The finely ground almond flour works better for baked goods like scones or cake. The almond meal will work, but the texture will be more dense and will not rise as well. The almond flour gives a more delicate texture. You can have Paleo Crunch using 12 ingredients and 9 steps. Here is how you cook it.
