- You need of ginger and garlic paste.

Bhajia Recipe instructions
- Peel the potatoes and cut them in a round shape and soak them in salt water for about ten minutes for them to absorb the salt.
- Put the flour in a bowl then add all the dry ingredients.
- Mix throughly and start adding cold water in small quantities until you have a paste.
